International Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products purchased from HeliosGlow in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases made within the United States of America (USA), we will deliver the order to your doorstep within 5-6 days free of cost.

International orders (except USA & Canada) are shipped under International priority services with our carriers FedEx, DHL and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise. The delivery time is estimated to be 10-15 business days; however this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country.

  1. Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  2. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

If the order is cancelled under appropriate policy, lost/untraceable or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount.

Delivery Time

We dispatch products within 48 hours and it usually get delivered in next 4 to 6 working days making the overall expected shipping anywhere between 6 to 8 days.

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.

Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

Returns / Exchanges

  1. You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  2. International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
  3. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to HeliosGlow upon delivery will be rejected.
  4. All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.
