How Long Does It Take Us to Ship Your Order?  
Depending on inventory and your shipping address, it could take us anywhere between 2 – 15 days to ship your order.

You cannot cancel your order and/or ask for a refund once your order is shipped from our warehouse. If you’ve received tracking details of your shipment, it indicates that your order has left our warehouse and is no longer eligible for cancellation. Please read through our cancellation and refund policy for more on this.

In case you notice that your order has sustained damage during transit and / or does not function as advertised, you’re requested to write us at [email protected] with your order details within 7 days of delivery. You may then be eligible for a replacement.

In case you were delivered an incorrect item, please mail us at [email protected] with your order details within 7 days of delivery. We will confirm the specifics of your order and ship you the right product at the earliest.

You cannot change your shipping address once the shipment has left our warehouse. However, you may get in touch with the delivery person and guide him to the correct address if it happens to be in close proximity of your original address.

All your purchases on HeliosGLow come with a 1-year warranty. If your product starts to show defect within this period, you may write us @[email protected] to claim your warranty. We will have you ship us the faulty product and you’ll be sent a replacement to cover your warranty period.

None of your payment details are saved with us when you order anything from HeliosGlow.
