Order Cancellation and Refund
You can request a cancellation for your order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped and you receive your order tracking details, you can no longer request for a cancellation / refund. In case your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you wish to cancel it, you will have to write us an email stating the same at [email protected]
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date of eligible cancellation request and the amount will be transferred back to your source account / payment method.
Return and Replacement Policy
We accept returns under the following situations:
- Delivery of Damaged Items
- Delivery of Wrong Items
Since both cases can be grouped as events with successful deliveries, neither case qualifies for a refund. Rather, we service such instances under our return and replacement policy.
Delivery of Damaged Items
In case you received a faulty item at the time of delivery, the product has sustained damage while in transit or the product won’t work right out of the box for any other reason; we will ship you a replacement for the product. However, you must inform us about the defect/damage within 7 days of delivery. Any intimation of a faulty product being delivered to you after 7 days of delivery does not qualify for a replacement. You would rather have to claim warranty on your product if it is within the said warranty period.
Delivery of Wrong Items
If you receive different items than what you originally ordered, you’re eligible to seek a replacement. You will have to write us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with details of your order other things if and when asked. Upon confirmation, we will ship you your original order.
How to Claim Warranty
Write us at [email protected] in case your product stops working as it should. We will give you a shipping address where you need to send your product. Upon confirmation, we will send you a replacement at your original address.
